Refunds: The deposit required to confirm all packages varies from $50-$100.00 depending on the package. This deposit is non-refundable and considered an administration fee. If payment in full is made upon booking, Ceremony to Remember will only refund the remaining charges, minus the initial deposit, if a written refund request is made 60 days before the wedding date. If after the 60 day time frame, the deposit will be applied to future wedding services if ceremony is rescheduled. Your refund request must be made in writing to Ceremony to Remember and can be accepted via e-mail or regular mail.

Vendors: Ceremony to Remember is only responsible to arrange the vendor services and pay the vendors for their services. Emergencies do happen, therefore If a vendor cancels with us for your wedding or has an emergency, we will provide another vendor to take their place. Our vendors are professional and we stand by their quality of work and professionalism. In confirming with us you agree Ceremony to Remember is only responsible for services rendered on the wedding day and not responsible for the product supplied by the vendor after the ceremony. Each vendor is responsible for the quality and delivery of their product to you such as video or photos. We will however be a liaison with the vendor for you and search for a favorable resolution should there be need for one after the ceremony. If a resolution cannot be made the vendor who supplied the services will be the one responsible for any refunds to you. A contract will be sent upon booking and must be acknowledged by you the customer before the wedding day.
