Las Vegas Strip Outdoor Ceremony:  On location Las Vegas wedding outdoor packages are available.  These packages are an affordable option if you only have 10 guests or less.  If you are wanting to have your wedding at one of the Las Vegas resorts that you are staying at or want to visit, we arrange to meet you there and arrange a tailor made package to fit your budget. We will either meet you there or arrange transportation services for you if you want to be pampered.

If you are planning a small reception in Las Vegas here are some ideas that may assist you to have an economical wedding and reception in one location. Choosing to have the wedding and reception in one area is a very good choice in this economy. If you want to organize a small wedding reception in Las Vegas, then the following information may greatly assist you. There are a large number of resorts available in this beautiful city. Some of them are economical while others are really expensive. So, the very first thing is to decide on your budget and then look for a resort matching your requirements. Usually the kind of services available are almost the same in most of the resorts.  The difference lies in the scope of service provided by each resort. Some of the resorts offer gazebos and pool areas. These small areas are perfect for holding a small ceremony reception. Other locations offer large halls that can accommodate a huge number of guests. Some of them will let you conduct the whole wedding ceremony and reception in one area, while others will allow only for reception.

Las Vegas Weddings – Casino or Resort Hotel ballroom

 In hotel ballrooms you most likely will have to hire caterers to serve you.  However some hotels only allow their own catering department to supply and organize your reception. Some will not allow outside vendors in to supply catering and certain services.  So if you want to DIY, you will have to do a lot of calling around to determine which ones will allow it.

Hotel suites – May be less expensive for you in the long run as opposed to the ballroom reception. The disadvantage of the suite is that you won’t be able to hire a DJ and have a full party reception like you would with a ballroom. However, it also offers the advantage of not having to transport or worry about guests making it to your reception and hence saves money, time and worry. This may be a more affordable option if you just want a quieter get together with friends or family. You can also still listen to music and have a caterer bring in food and drinks. In the long run this is a more private option that allows plenty of time with guests with fewer restraints.

Restaurants – A lot of Restaurants in Las Vegas are well equipped with holding receptions and quite a few will bend over backwards to let you have your ceremony and reception there. You may have a lot more flexibility in the menu and quality of food in a restaurant of your choice. Many restaurants in Las Vegas have excellent views of Las Vegas Strip or even beautiful patios to accommodate the ceremony.  Then the guests move to the next room for the reception. You may pay a premium to have the privacy of using their balcony for a wedding party however. You will also have time constraints with a restaurant unless they have a separate private banquet area to serve you  This can make for an excellent alternative choice.
